Company Description
Bon Agro Company Limited’s history dates to 2013 when Fan Wenbo, the current Managing Director, identified a need in the agro market for high-quality services in distributing agrochemicals, agro-machinery, equipment, and tools. Consequently, Bon Agro Company Limited was founded on 12th July 2013 in Tema Community 25 within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, specializing in the sale of agricultural equipment.
One year later, six (6) agricultural goods were registered, and in September 2014, the company brought in its initial shipment of products from China. To enhance sales and revenue, the Headquarters moved to Kumasi in Ghana’s Ashanti Region, known as the hub of the agrochemical sector.
At present, the company boasts twenty-one (21) registered products in Ghana and Ivory Coast, collaborating with more than two hundred (200) key distributors and over four hundred (400) Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Ghana and its neighbouring nations. And maintains a team of twenty-one (21) diligently striving for the achievement of the company’s objectives and vision.
Employment Duties
- Moves products along different paths while guaranteeing secure and effective loading and unloading.
- Conducts regular vehicle evaluations and fundamental maintenance assessments.
- Ensures the vehicle’s cleanliness both inside and out.
- Adheres to all transportation and traffic regulations along with established company policies.
- Keeps precise records of driving logs and related documentation.
- Interacts efficiently with logistics teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Driving License (License B and higher) along with a spotless driving history.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations.
- Strong sense of duty and keen attention to detail.
- Acquaintance with GPS units.
- Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Readiness to travel anywhere within the country.
- Secondary School Certificate or comparable qualification.
