POSITION: Sales Executive

Job Description.

Job Location: Kumasi

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages product sales to customers.
  • Meets sales target.
  • Recovers debt on time.
  • Manages consumer records.
  • Establishes, builds, and maintains excellent customer connections.
  • Prepares regularly scheduled reports.
  • Setting sales objectives and creating sales strategy.
  • Prospecting and creating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing consumers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Responding to consumer queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process with specific software tools.
  • Create and administer a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Participating in sales meetings.

Required Skill or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture with a concentration in agronomy.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent telephone and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
