POSITION: Real Estate Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field searches for rooms and houses to rent, land and houses for sale, and onboarding of land and property owners.
- Prepare and upload sourced properties to B-Immo systems.
- Assisting clients with real estate purchases, sales, and rentals.
- Assist with property value.
- Marketing; promoting B-immo as a brand and business across all social media platforms and media networks.
- Negotiation and paperwork.
- Providing assistance and advice throughout the real estate transaction process.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: HND, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated using a self-results-driven attitude
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team 7. Willingness to work outside business hours when needed
