Irish Government Scholarships for Masters and Ph.D. Degree Courses for International Students.

International Masters and Ph.D. Scholarships from the Irish Government Duke Divinity Scholarships are open. All M.Div., M.T.S., M.A.C.P., D.Min., and Th.D students receive scholarships.

Duke Divinity School serves and witnesses to the Triune God in the church, academy, and world through spiritually disciplined and academically rigorous education.

The scholarship is US-based.

Metropolitan Museum of Art Conservation and Scientific Research Fellowships for International Applicants

The Metropolitan Museum of Art offers US Conservation and Scientific Research Fellowships. This program accepts international fellows.

On April 13, 1870, the Metropolitan Museum of Art was established with the following goal in mind: “to be located in the City of New York, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining in the said city Museum and library of art, of encouraging and developing the study of the fine arts, and the application of arts to manufacture and practical life, of advancing the general knowledge of related subjects, and, to that end, of providing popular instruction.”

Research fellowships are available.

  • Study Subject: Junior fellows train with Met staff in scientific research and conservation. Senior fellows conduct research using the Museum’s collection and resources.
  • Scholarship Award: Junior fellows receive $42,000 and senior fellows $52,000 per year, plus $6,000 for travel (maximum of six weeks).

Senior Fellowship Applications

Senior fellowships are for established professionals with at least eight years of experience and a publication record or PhDs by the deadline.

Senior applicants can inquire about project proposal suitability to departmental research areas.

Application Review

The Grants Committee selects and recommends fellowship applications to the Museum Director. The committee includes fifteen Museum Curatorial, Conservation, Scientific Research, Education, and Libraries staff.

Some scientific analysis or conservation work components may not be possible due to limited resources and staff time in the Department of Scientific Research and conservation departments.

International RMIT University Ph.D. Scholarship in Education.

The ARC Future Fellowship project “Transforming 21st Century Creativity Education in Australasia,” led by Associate Professor Anne M. Harris at RMIT University, is accepting Ph.D. scholarship applications in the School of Education.

RMIT is a global technology university that creates future-changing solutions for people and the environment. The scholarships provide an international perspective to RMIT University students.

DOC-FAM ESR Doctoral Fellowships for International Students- Spain

The DOC-FAM doctoral program promotes MSCA best practices in researcher training, mobility, and career development.

The program only accepts English proposals.

Doctoral Fellowships:

Study Subject: The interdisciplinary, intersectoral, and international Functional Advanced Materials program involves several partner organizations.

Scholarship Award: The Charter & Code-compliant DOC-FAM doctoral program provides researchers with good working conditions. Selected fellows receive a generous salary and living and mobility allowances. DOC-FAM will also pay PhD tuition for three years. Fellows will receive research, training, and networking costs for program activities.

  • Living allowance: 28,800€/year.
  • Mobility: 4,800€/year
  • 33,600€/year gross salary

Deducting mandatory social security and direct taxes from gross salary yields net salary. Spanish contracted fellows receive health, occupational accident, unemployment, disability, parental, and sick leave benefits.

Mobility rule: Candidates cannot have lived or worked in Spain for more than 12 months in the three years before the call deadline. Time spent obtaining refugee status under the Geneva Convention, compulsory national service or short stays like holidays are not counted.

Early-stage researchers (ESR) must not have a doctorate and be in their first four years of research at the call deadline. Full-time equivalent research experience is measured from the date a researcher obtained the degree that would formally entitle them to a doctorate, either in the country where the degree was obtained or in the country where the researcher is recruited or seconded, regardless of whether a doctorate was ever planned.

Candidates must hold degree with minimum of 300 ECTS credits in university studies, at least 60 of which must be at the Master’s level, OR qualification obtained in accordance with foreign educational systems without official recognition, having confirmed with the university that this qualification accredits level of training equivalent to the official Spanish university Master’s degree and that it would serve as means of recognition.
