Job Description
- Implement, monitor and ensure compliance to Human Capital policies and procedures
- Provide support during interviews, selection and appointments, ensuring compliance to EAP targets and the implementation of transformation targets
- Facilitate the implementation of induction and on-boarding fore new engagements
- Facilitate effective Talent Management process
- Facilitate appropriate Learning and Development interventions
- Guide managers through the Performance Management Process
- Provide guidance to MD’s and Employment Equity Committees to comply with the Employment Equity Act and related processes
- Manage and oversee all Employment reporting and communications
- Liaise with group HC to ensure alignment between Ghana and Group
- Oversee the administration of the Company’s Employees Share Trust
Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- B degree in Humanities / Industrial Psychology / Organisational Behaviour.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant senior level experience in transformation and organisational development.
- Knowledge of relevant Employee Labour Relations Legislation, including EE, SD, LRA, BCE Acts.
- Clear understanding of all Regulations and Codes of Good Practice related to Ghana.
- Change management.
- Basic project management.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC6 operating system will be advantageous
