Job Description

  • Answer the phone and put people through
  • Make and keep track of appointments;
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
  • Write and send emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
  • Help prepare regularly scheduled reports;
  • Set up and maintain a filing system;
  • Keep office policies and procedures up to date;
  • Order office supplies and look for new deals and suppliers;
  • Keep contact lists;

Qualifications and Experience

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to do more than one thing at a time
  • HND; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
