Administrative Officer at Galaxy Steels Limited
Job Description
- Answer the phone and put people through
- Make and keep track of appointments;
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
- Write and send emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
- Help prepare regularly scheduled reports;
- Set up and maintain a filing system;
- Keep office policies and procedures up to date;
- Order office supplies and look for new deals and suppliers;
- Keep contact lists;
Qualifications and Experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to do more than one thing at a time
- HND; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
