In order to become Africa’s Gateway to the World, Access Bank is now looking for exceptional and highly motivated young Africans to join its Entry Level Training Program (ELTP). Those who are passionate about using technology to rewrite Africa’s history should apply to this program.
By offering them hands-on learning opportunities in subjects like programming, data science, digital marketing, business analytics, networking, or cyber-security, we can empower young African graduates interested in learning tech-forward skills to launch careers in the banking industry and help them master highly sought-after tech skills.

Eligibility Requirements
In order to qualify for the Access Bank Entry Level Training Program (ELTP), applicants must fulfill the requirements listed below:
- Graduates from a fully accredited institution with at least a Second-Class Lower designation.
- Use of efficient problem-solving techniques that can be seen.
- A desire to work as a team, four, and additional qualities pertinent to the applicant’s area of interest.
Process for Applications
How-to-Apply:
Following the online application submission, the following steps are involved in the hiring process:
- Candidates who satisfy the Bank’s requirements are invited to take a written test as the first step.
- Step 2: All chosen candidates will be invited to our headquarters for an open day. You will gain more knowledge about what we do at Access Bank through this engaging event.
- Step 3: A panel interview, an essay writing assignment, and a psychometric test.
- Step 4: The Head of Human Resources’s final interview.
- Step 5: Successful candidates receive letters of acceptance from training schools.
