Manage the end-to-end delivery process, from order dispatch to final customer receipt, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Supervise and manage the delivery team effectively, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
Efficiently deploy logistics resources, including vehicles and personnel, to optimize routes and meet delivery windows.
Ensure strict adherence to all established delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety, security, and customer service.
Collaborate proactively with other departments, such as customer service and warehouse teams, to obtain all necessary information for flawless delivery execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
Have a minimum of three years of direct, hands-on experience within the logistics, courier, or transportation industry.
Demonstrate strong organizational, problem solving, and team management skills.
Possess excellent communication abilities for effective internal coordination and external stakeholder interaction.
The ability to drive and hold a valid driver’s license is a significant added advantage for this role.
