POSITION: Accounts Assistant

Royal Fair Industries is a trendy and creative company for BAGS and SLEEVES that was established in the Autumn of 2005. We are a highly skilled and experienced producer. The team consists of over 200 members, including 138 skilled sawing personnel. Our team members are specialists in their respective fields, and our factory has previously met ISO9001 standards. We warmly invite you to tour our factory.
Our products are fully exported to countries in Europe, America, and South Africa, among others. The majority of our clients include cosmetic, stationery, clothing, and import companies. We create their own brands and designs with top-notch quality, and it brings us joy to see our products available in their boutiques across various nations.
Responsibilities
- Aiding in research, organizing, data input, and ensuring precise and comprehensive financial record keeping.
- Creating financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, invoices, and other related paperwork.
- Utilizing accounting software, web-based spreadsheets, and data systems.
- Managing sensitive or confidential information with transparency and integrity.
- Studying to contribute effectively to the Accounting team by gathering and assessing data, monitoring details, and assisting the organization or clients.
- Handling transactions, generating checks, and revising ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Aiding in audits, verifying facts, and addressing inconsistencies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Solid grasp of fundamental bookkeeping, along with accounts payable and receivable concepts.
- Skills in data input.
- Practical experience with spreadsheets and specialized software.
- Skill in English and in MS Office.
- Focus on specifics.
- Higher National Diploma or degree
