RED Global is looking to hire a IT/OT Support Analyst for a contractual position on behalf of one of our international clients. It is a 3-months rolling contract for a long term project.
- Position : IT/OT Support
- Duration : 3 months rolling contract
- Contract type : Fully Remote
- Start Date : ASAP
Responsibilities:
- To begin with, Performing analysis of root causes.
- Then, Developing checklists for reoccurring problems.
- Most importantly, Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.
- Also, Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.
- Last but not the least, Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Besides the above, Performing user administrative tasks.
Skills Required :
- IT/OT Support experience 3-4 years minimum
- CMMS, OEE
- Scada, MES
- Finally, Historian
