POSITION: Automobile Sales Consultant

Position Summary
This is a full-time, in-person position for an Automobile Sales Consultant based in Accra. The Sales Consultant will be tasked with interacting with customers to comprehend their vehicle requirements, offering comprehensive information regarding the features and advantages of JAC Motors vehicles, and assisting customers throughout the complete sales process. The position requires ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction, pursuing leads, and meeting sales goals. The Sales Consultant will also make sure that the consulting services offered are thorough and focused on the customer.
Duties:
- Describe all attributes and advantages of both new and used vehicles to visitors;
- Master how to address objections and succeed in sales scenarios;
- Become the authority on vehicles. Understand the details of product offerings, available packages, and the latest technology.
- Check in with buyers to confirm referral business;
- Converts incoming phone calls and online inquiries from clients into scheduled appointments;
- Engages with customers to understand their requirements and explore vehicle choices that suit them;
- Reaches out to potential clients and current customers to ensure their contentment and create opportunities.
- Support lead generation by handling incoming email inquiries and scheduling appointments for vehicle demonstrations via email and text messages;
- Show and illustrate inventory;
- Sets individual income objectives that align with dealership productivity benchmarks and develops a plan to achieve those objectives;
- Deliver a professional, knowledgeable, and high-quality presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles;
- Stay informed about products, market trends, and certifications;
- Develop and implement strategies to boost market share;
- Keeping current information on vehicle inventory, encompassing features, condition, and warranty status;
- Performing walk-arounds with visitors and showcasing vehicle features.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in automotive sales or a related industry.
- Powerful negotiation and communication abilities
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Familiarity with automotive goods and market developments.
- Should possess a valid driver’s license.
- Robust skills in sales consulting and customer service
