Your identity

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (Focus on User Research) to connect our customers with product development. This position suits someone who is keen on grasping user requirements, performing research, and converting insights into practical product enhancements. As time progresses, this position will develop into a comprehensive Product Manager role.

In your role as an APM with a research emphasis, you will work closely with the assigned Product Manager in understanding user experience, performing interviews, reviewing support interactions, and making sure our product choices are thoroughly guided by actual customer requirements. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Customer Support teams to influence the future of our financial application.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in user research, product management, or a similar area.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-centered approach.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to convert research findings into practical product suggestions.
• Familiarity with research techniques, including surveys, usability assessments, and interviews.
• At ease in fast-moving, iterative development settings.
• Experience in financial services, developing markets, or mobile applications is advantageous.

What You Will Do

• Perform user interviews, observe customer support calls, and collect qualitative insights.
• Compile research results into practical suggestions for the product team.
• Work together with designers and PMs to confirm user challenges and required features.
• Help in specifying product requirements and making sure they match customer demands.
• Track product performance indicators and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Assist in organizing and simplifying user testing and feedback sessions for both new and existing functionalities.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry changes.
• Facilitate market entry strategies by ensuring that messaging resonates with user requirements.
