Position Overview
This volunteer position can be performed remotely or on-site in Accra, providing practical experience in digital marketing and growth. In the role of a Growth & Digital Marketing Volunteer, you will execute marketing strategies, promote growth initiatives, and enhance our online visibility.
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to boost website visitors.
- Carrying out growth hacking strategies to enhance user acquisition and interaction.
- Overseeing and examining marketing information to pinpoint trends and possibilities.
- Facilitating sales and lead generation initiatives via thoughtful marketing.
- Working with the team to enhance branding, develop content, and manage online advertising.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and partners to advance Proplink Ghana’s platform.
Requirements
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity or enthusiasm for growth hacking, digital marketing, and online sales.
- Capabilities in project management with a talent for executing campaigns efficiently.
- Capable of working autonomously and innovatively to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, real estate, or similar areas is advantageous.
- A degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar areas is advantageous but not mandatory.
