POSITION: Training Services Marketing Specialist

Position Overview 

We are looking for an energetic and outcome-focused Training Services Marketing Specialist to enhance our training offerings and grow our customer base. This position entails creating marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and interacting with potential clients to boost enrollment in our training programs. The perfect candidate should possess experience in both digital and traditional marketing, strong communication abilities, and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Approach & Planning: 

• Create and execute marketing strategies to advertise training programs.
• Determine target audiences and develop campaigns designed for various customer segments.
• Perform market analysis to remain informed about industry developments and rival companies.

Online Promotion & Advertising: 

• Oversee social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to advertise training services.
• Create and implement email marketing strategies.
• Enhance website content and landing pages to boost engagement and conversions.
• Execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Content Development & Brand Identity: 

• Create captivating marketing content like brochures, presentations, blogs, and case studies.
• Create persuasive content for advertisements, emails, and social media updates.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce marketing materials.

Sales and Lead Generation: 

• Create and develop leads by utilizing both inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
• Establish connections with corporate clients, HR experts, and training managers.
• Deliver presentations and webinars to highlight training services.

Event Promotion & Collaborations: 

• Advertise training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Engage with industry groups, key figures, and collaborators for collective marketing initiatives.
• Attend conferences, trade exhibits, and networking functions on behalf of the company.

Evaluation of Performance & Reporting: 

• Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
• Generate reports on marketing outcomes and return on investment.
• Consistently refine strategies using data insights.

Required Skills or Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the education, training, or professional growth sector.

Technical Proficiencies 

• Familiarity with digital marketing instruments (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRM applications).
• Expertise in managing social media and using email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) is beneficial.

Interpersonal Skills 

• Excellent skills in both written and spoken communication.
• Innovative and strategic mind with skills in resolving issues.
• Driven and focused on achieving results.
• Capability to operate alone and collaborate with others.

Preferred Skills 

• Background in B2B marketing and sales of corporate training.
• Knowledge of instructional design and trends in e-learning.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software.
