About Us:
Sunda International is a top distributor in the manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering premium products. Our branch in Kumasi is growing, and we are seeking a meticulous Warehouse Specialist to oversee our data inventory and support our efficient operations.
Main Duties:
- Keep precise inventory logs through the use of warehouse management systems. Observe stock quantities, oversee inventory changes, and create reports to enhance inventory management.
- Supervise the arrival of incoming goods, confirm correct documentation, and check that items correspond with purchase orders.
- Precisely select and pack orders according to customer specifications, guaranteeing prompt and accurate deliveries.
- Perform routine inventory checks and cycle counts to guarantee data precision and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Help ensure a tidy, well-organized, and secure warehouse setting, enhancing storage options for effective operations.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and sales departments to align inventory requirements and facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar areas is beneficial.
- Established experience in managing inventory or operating warehouses.
- Skilled in utilizing warehouse management software and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent focus on details and strong analytical abilities.
- Outstanding skills in communication and collaboration.
