- Affect, motivate, and oversee the efficient utilization of systems and facilities.
- Enhance business profitability by leveraging Information technology solutions within the scope of cost management.
- Perform daily Close of Business tasks on the Core Banking system and produce necessary management and operational reports.
- Foster an IT service culture that creates valuable relationships, suggests innovations, and enables others to deliver outstanding client service.
- Examine user grievances and collaborate with Core Banking vendors to execute appropriate remedies for issues.
- Manage all deployments related to production as part of change management procedures.
- Develop and oversee objective professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including end-users.
- Adhere to, grasp, and execute all phases of IT development while satisfying governance related to regulatory and audit standards.

- Possess applicable degree
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
- Possess experience with the Temenos Core Banking Platform.
