POSITION: Technical Support Lead
Groupe Sebastien is a management firm overseeing various brands for a range of consumer demographics. We presently oversee multiple brands that include restaurants, outdoor catering services, and educational institutions.
We aim to recruit a Technical Support Lead (TSL) to oversee the Group’s IT assets including computers, database applications, network servers, and CCTV systems.
Major Duties:
The main responsibilities of the Technical Support Lead (TSL) encompass overseeing the repair, installation, and maintenance of all IT software and hardware, and it will also involve.
- Identify and suggest purchasing, hardware and software necessary to fulfill the Group’s needs across all units.
- Aid in the acquisition of technological devices and materials.
- Assist in the setup of computing hardware, CCTV, and other necessary technological devices at all locations.
- Delivers administration and supervision of networks and servers, encompassing the monitoring of security measures and backup procedures.
- Aids in tailoring and modifying existing programs to satisfy users’ needs.
- Offer technical assistance for internet and telecommunications systems.
- Oversee and uphold the organization’s servers and network problems.
- Offer administrative assistance to service providers
- Guarantee consistent upkeep and adjustment of current programs to fulfill standard criteria.
- Deliver consistent and timely updates to the Operations manager.
- Ensure the seamless functioning of current financial systems for optimal efficiency.
- Offer assistance with deployed software systems like Talli, BIMPOS, and others.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum requirement of HND or a degree in Information Technology or a similar discipline. OR Hold Certification from an accredited IT Institution
- Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems
- Must provide proof of at least 2 years of work experience as an IT professional in installing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and CCTV systems.
COMPENSATION: The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary between GHS2000 and GHS3000, along with SSNIT Contribution payments, hospital allowances, and lunch for staff.
LOCATION: Labone – Accra
