POSITION: HR Officer

Job Summary
The HR Officer should be well-versed in employment laws and have strategic and commercial awareness regarding the labor process.
Major Duties
- Creating job descriptions, promoting open positions, and overseeing the hiring process.
- Onboarding new staff and educating current employees.
- Assessing employee performance.
- Making certain that every employee is organized and content in their workplace.
- Supervising the well-being and security of all staff members.
- Establishing structured staff training processes.
- Offering guidance on policies and procedures.
- Guaranteeing careful execution of payroll and benefits management.
- Discussing with employees regarding matters impacting their performance.
- Maintaining precise and correct documentation of employee details in electronic and digital formats.
Necessary Skills or Experience
- Undergraduate degree in human resources.
- At least 2 years of applicable experience in human resources.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
- Safeguarding the rights of every worker.
- Complete comprehension of HR operations and optimal practices
