POSITION: M&E/Programmes Officer
Are you driven by the desire to create meaningful change through monitoring and evaluation? Join our team as an M&E/Programmes Officer and take on a crucial role in the planning, execution, and assessment of our coalition’s projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Design and implement frameworks, conduct field visits, and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and uphold quality standards.
- Program Management: Oversee program initiatives, engage with stakeholders, manage budgets, and coordinate capacity-building efforts.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed reports, highlight best practices, and incorporate insights into our decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E, program management, or a comparable field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS or Stata.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with malaria prevention strategies in Ghana are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
