POSITION: Operations Assistant (Data input clerk)

Job Description
- Location: Sefwi Wiawso.
- Purpose: One-year fixed-term contract
Responsibilities include updating and organizing information in the T24 database, correcting errors, and ensuring accurate data conversion and verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an individual and group customer information file (CIF) for new clients.
- Review all follow-up client information.
- Create and maintain the draw-down and Client Escrow accounts.
- Booking loan contracts and booking early liquidation.
- Capture daily loan repayments received by the branch.
- Filing of Processed Data Returns.
- Provide clients’ statements for reconciliation.
- Perform any additional duties assigned to you by your supervisor or his designee.
Required Skill or Experience
Qualification Required:
- HND or First Degree in related field – Computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Candidates must have completed national service.
- Must have 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity and be a practicing Christian.
