POSITION: Technology Officer

Alpha Great Dynamic Services is on a mission to transform STEM education by offering cutting-edge technical solutions to both students and businesses. We create online, mobile, and cloud apps and assist organizations in using technology for meaningful transformation.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Technology Officer (TO) to oversee the development of our cutting-edge STEM-focused technology. The TO will be in charge of all technical aspects, including software development and the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and robotics. This is an equity-based partner job with the ability to create breakthrough products and determine the future of educational technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy and execution of software development initiatives, such as web, mobile, and cloud solutions.
- Integrate new technologies like AI and IoT.
- Create and manage a high-performing technical staff.
- Align technical and business objectives to promote growth and innovation.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience with software development and cloud-based technologies.
- Deep understanding of STEM subjects such as robots, artificial intelligence, and data science.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for creativity.
Equity-Based Compensation: 10% to 15%
