Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial building projects. The job includes working with subcontractors, managing project schedules, and ensuring quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee MEP work for commercial projects.
- Review and confirm that MEP designs fulfill project specifications.
- Monitor and handle on-site MEP concerns.
- Manage documents and ensure safety requirements are met.
- Control the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or similar fields.
- MEP coordinating for commercial projects requires 7+ years of experience.
- Excellent understanding of MEP systems and commercial building codes.
- Superb communication and problem-solving abilities.
