POSITION: Sales Assistant
We are a reputable industrial/raw materials and cosmetics company looking for experienced Sales Supervisors, Marketing, and Sales staff. This is a performance-driven role. You will be accountable for increasing sales at our branches and meeting sales targets. Our ideal applicant must have previous sales experience. Moreover, He or she will be comfortable with day-to-day sales and marketing tasks. This position offers good pay plus bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have or be
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment within sales and marketing is preferred.
- Must live near Weija (extremely necessary for your application to be considered), Dansoman, Kasoa, Kaneshie, Mallam, and nearby regions.
- Must be able to work flexible working hours (late hours, weekends, and on-demand, willing to work extra if necessary).
- Must be hard-working.
- Having a driver’s license is useful.
- Proficiency with retail point of sale software (POS)
- Have the ability to operate under extremely tight timelines and on demand.
Your role will include:
- Increasing sales and fulfilling weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Providing outstanding customer service and recognizing potential new sales possibilities
- Maintaining a shop requires you to be well-structured, neat, and tidy.
- Working as a team and being accountable for the success of meeting sales targets
- Selling to customers using Point of Sale software.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Requirements for this position include a proactive approach, multitasking abilities, and good oral and writing communication skills, with a focus on business communication.
