POSITION: Sales Officer – Entry Level
Company Profile
PenTrust is a pension trustee and retirement advising service regulated by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority, with a focus on medium and small businesses as well as individuals in both formal and informal settings.
As avid financial planning and retirement educators, we are particularly interested in educating and assisting our customers in planning for their retirement.
PenTrust provides full support to help ease the duties of investing and administering trust funds.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure that defaulting consumers have resumed payments.
- Register new employees recruited by clients, and make sure their porting papers are completed.
- Share relevant marketing resources to attract new customers and keep your brand visible.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis. Communicate client needs to head office for fast resolution.
- Have a deep understanding of business goods and value propositions.
- Conduct weekly calls to clients to address their requirements.
- Expected salary: Base wage plus performance-based commission.
Required Skill or Experience
- Sales background/experience with a degree/HND in sales/marketing (preferred).
- Friendly, warm, and accommodating.
- Enthusiasm
- Capable of working under pressure, paying close attention to detail, and possessing excellent communication and writing skills.
