POSITION: Supply Chain Admin Analyst

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the supply chain team to organize back-office operations in West Africa. All of this is done to guarantee that all transactions run smoothly and that new operations are established in the region. Tema will serve as the working location.
Main Accountabilities
- Adding production, internal, and laboratory data from crusher facilities to the system for inventory and quality tracking.
- Verifying supplier invoices (transport) and related documents at important control points.
- Coordinating with the finance staff to ensure payment completion.
- Cross-referencing multiple reports allows us to monitor production schedules and output from crusher sites throughout West Africa.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations such as Fosfa, EU1, and Kosher.
- Identifying supply shortfalls and working with production planning and shipping teams using pre-set capacity and stock/shipping simulations.
- Reporting deviations from specs and discussing corrective measures with Logistics Officer Shea.
- Working with the supply chain team in West Africa to improve raw material quality.
- Calculating average pricing using sales to external processors and buyback rates.
- Ensure that all supply chain paperwork is appropriately kept in accordance with corporate policies.
- Collaborating with team members and providing monthly reports to appropriate collaborators.
- Maintaining ERP data integrity while promoting process optimization.
- Prepare monthly stock consolidations and rectify data entry errors.
- Providing data analysis in areas such as quality, logistics, and finance, as well as developing decision-support systems.

In this critical function, you will work with many businesses to consolidate data flows into a single dashboard. This will allow management to assess and make decisions based on a large number of data points and numbers. This position provides the opportunity to innovate existing procedures and create new ways for data visualization, which is critical for ultimate decision-making.
Knowledge and Technical Proficiencies
- It is necessary to have prior SAP experience.
- Proficiency with reporting and Excel (MS Office in general).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in French will be advantageous.
Requirements
- A minimum BSc in Business Administration or similar courses, as well as equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in supply chain administration duties.
Currently residing and qualified to work in Ghana.
