Program Overview
Begin in one of our regional facilities, then learn as a group regionally and individually at the local level in day-to-day operations within your specialism.
The curriculum of 18 months consists of three basic stages:
- Nourish | Three months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddying up, settling in, and preparing for growth.
- Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the local team, developing and deepening Bunge Business expertise, and expanding through a game and group learning curriculum.
- Flourish | 6 months: Complete the program with a group project and improve future abilities.
Upon successful completion, trainees will be assigned to a role in the Business Unit that aligns with both the company’s needs and the trainees’ professional interests and personal skills.
What to Bring?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, working and thinking level in Engineering or a relevant discipline (such as Chemical, Quality, Food, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences).
- Up to two years of previous professional experience, which can include internships or extracurricular activities.
- International exposure; travel and relocation may be required.
- Good command of the English language. Local languages may be required in some locations.
- Typically, you are passionate, daring, and determined, with strong social skills, proactivity, problem-solving, a growth mindset, learning agility, and adaptability.
