POSITION: FTTH Sales Team Leader
JOB PURPOSE
The chosen applicant will be in charge of implementing the Fixed broadband Sales plan process in their allocated region or zone while assuring and maintaining positive revenue growth year after year. The role reports to the Zonal Manager.
Role-Specific Requirements
- Recruits and inspires the team to reduce fixed agent attrition and increase production.
- Manages the daily itineraries, movement, and activities of the team.
- Ensures and maintains compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customers are upsold and cross-sold products from the organization.
- Owns, monitors, and tracks all sales generated by sales representatives using the standard operations model.
- Maintains a minimum active freelancing agent count of four every month.
Required Skill or Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a comparable discipline.
- 2 – 5 years of telecom/FMCG experience, specializing in any sales sector.
- Excellent computer knowledge.
