Position: Sales Manager

Duties and responsibilities
- Creating and implementing strategic sales strategy to increase a company’s customer base and strengthen its presence
- Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and identifying their strengths and limitations.
- Developing effective and professional connections with key persons in given customer accounts.
- Building and promoting healthy, long-term customer relationships by collaborating with them
- Creating and implementing new sales efforts, tactics, and programs to target specific populations.
- Providing daily updates on field sales success and transmitting Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to management.
Requirements
- Three years of experience
- Degree in marketing or a business-related discipline.
- Should live in Takoradi.
- Should have extensive knowledge of management, sales, and marketing.
