- POSITION: Stock Controller
- Location: Kasoa
Job Summary
An M-KOPA stock controller’s major responsibility is to help customers and the sales team by managing stock distribution and aiding customers with troubleshooting and servicing. You will be reporting to the Retail Expansion and Audit Lead.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: You will receive, issue, and maintain stock records to ensure that stock levels are accurately tracked.
- Reverse Logistics: You will conduct phone swaps and phone returns using the specified protocols.
- Sales Support: Your role will be to assist the sales team in acquiring and increasing sales.
- Customer Service: You will log customer complaints and questions, solve problems, and follow up with customers to assure resolution.
- After-Sales Service: You will follow up on phone service, contact clients, and ensure that phones are collected after repairs or servicing.
- Branding: You will ensure that all posters and marketing materials in the depot are in good condition and clearly displayed.
Skills Required
- Ability to approach things with an eye on efficiency and improvement.
- Excellent presenting, communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
- You can plan your duties.
- You can work calmly under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with smartphones.
- Front office management expertise or experience.
- Capable of using computer applications and software for record-keeping and data management.
Experience Required.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or inventory management.
Education Required
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a closely connected discipline.
