POSITION: Compliance Executive
Corporate Set Up Limited establishes organizations and corporations through incorporation, website building, registration with regulatory bodies, staff training, and the introduction of new companies to our database.
Our platform allows our customers to set up their organizations and track their progress from the comfort of their own homes or offices. It also alerts our customers when compliance documents are about to expire, allows them to download them from their profile when they are ready, and allows them to share documents with third parties who are also on the platform.
Job Purpose
The Compliance Executive is someone with extensive knowledge of the Ghanaian regulatory and oil and gas sector, capable of working autonomously without supervision.
Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Executive who has a strong interest in establishing corporate organizations, acquiring regulatory compliance permits, overseeing compliance management, and pursuing business opportunities.
The individual should be a Ghanaian and currently residing in either Accra or Kumasi. Additionally, they must possess qualifications as a Lawyer or a chartered Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand recognition and increase awareness.
- Maintain strong connections with clients.
- Assess and analyze competitors.
- Share news, training resources, and bidding opportunities on our platform
- Ensure that action plans are developed and emergencies are responded to promptly and efficiently.
- Handle contract negotiations, effectively address client requests and needs, and cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships.
- Create marketing plans.
Skills:
- Incorporation experience is required.
- Registration with regulatory bodies is a requirement.
