POSITION: Salesperson
DFWI Ghana Ltd, a wood processing firm on Spintex Road, is looking for an experienced and results-driven indoor sales representative with strong interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage with prospects. Also in charge of marketing products and satisfying client needs while soliciting orders from current potential sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and new clients using compelling reasoning.
- Create, cultivate, and sustain positive business and customer connections.
- Maximize client satisfaction by resolving problems and concerns quickly.
- Meet agreed-upon sales targets and deliverables within the timeframe
- Present management with reports on consumer demands, problems, interests, competing activity, and the possibilities for new goods and services.
- Continuously improve with feedback.
Job Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a sales representative.
- Experienced with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases, and other sales and fulfillment applications.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a strong track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and organize information
- Customer-focused.
- Self-confidence.

Education & Experience
- Bsc. Sales/Marketing, Bsc. Business Administration or other comparable qualification with 3–5 years of sales experience is desirable.
