1. Accounts Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Keep and evaluate financial records.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Maintaining regular budgets.
  • Reporting on expenses and profits.
  • Assessing internal management systems, procedures, and hazards to make recommendations.
  • Managing business accounts and preparing financial reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Accounting degree, higher national diploma, or professional certificate
  • Prior job experience as an accounting officer.
  • Understanding and proficiency in accounting principles.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

2. Help Desk Officer

Responsibilities

  • Answering questions and addressing problems as they emerge
  • Recommending potential items to satisfy the customers’ needs
  • Referring issues and questions to managers as needed
  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data from encounters, listening to customer problems, issues, and inquiries, and responding to them to the best of your ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Familiar with the tools used to engage with clients and obtain their information
  • Knowledge of appropriate products and markets
  • HND or degree
  • Personable and attentive
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal communicator
