A DVLA Approved vehicle inspection center in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region is looking for highly qualified and motivated persons for the following vacancies: BAY SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes full charge of the bay and the equipment
- Maintain a safe environment for all employees by ensuring compliance with safety procedures
- Evaluate employee’s performance and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed to maintain standards and improve performance
- Train new and existing employees on safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
- Manage inventory for the department
- Process and submit payroll
- Make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- Providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators.

QUALIFICATION
- Degree or HND in Automobile Engineering with Five (5) years experience in the automobile-related industry
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license
- Previous leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Computer literacy.
- Proactive organizational skills.
