POSITION: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and take charge of the maintenance and servicing of our state-of-the-art cleaning devices.

Job Responsibilities

• We provide service and maintenance for high-pressure washers, scrubber driers, and sweepers.
• Complete thorough maintenance and technical reports.
• Efficiently address concerns by effectively communicating with customers and the brand.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service center, which includes handling device reception, reporting and resolving issues, and effectively communicating with customers.
• Take charge of overseeing and supervising the technicians’ team.
• Ensure that the servicing team receives regular training sessions.
• Display enthusiasm for the job and a dedication to continuous learning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience of at least 5 years in servicing and maintenance of cleaning devices is required.
• Exceptional technical skills and a proven track record of accurately completing maintenance and technical reports.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and represent the brand.
• Successfully managed a service center and a team of technicians.
• Enthusiastic about the job with an ongoing thirst for knowledge and personal development.
• Excellent customer service knowledge and skills.
