POSITION TITLE: Dispatch Rider
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders to consumers within the given timeframe or as soon as feasible to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that supplied items are handled with care to retain their quality and integrity.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations to guarantee your own and other drivers’ safety on the road.
- Keeps clients informed by notifying them of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status, as well as answering inquiries.
- Responsible for calling consumers to confirm the delivery address.
- Responsible for picking up and safely delivering things to consumers on time.
- Responsible for collecting payment for purchased items after delivery to the consumer.
Required Skill or Experience
- Should know how to ride a motorcycle.
- At least one year of experience and should have a valid license.
- Experience with relevant routes.
- Must appreciate motorcycles and be an experienced rider.
- The ability to communicate, read, and write.
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to operate under pressure.
- Possess strong numeracy abilities for delivery and spending records.
- Polite and capable of getting along with others.
