Job Description.
Are you an experienced, skilled financial expert or Chartered Accountant looking to make a significant difference in the chemical manufacturing industry? Look no further! Our client is looking for a motivated Finance Manager to help take our financial operations to new heights.
Job Summary
As Finance Manager, your SAP Business One expertise will be critical in directing our financial initiatives while maintaining compliance and transparency. Working closely with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, procurement, sales, HR, etc.). You will be in charge of creating and implementing financial plans to support our business objectives and increase profitability.
Key roles and obligations.
- Financial strategy: Create and implement finance plans in SAP Business One that are consistent with our growth goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Using multiple tools to produce, analyze, and present various financial reports, providing insights to help make informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Lead budgeting and forecasting procedures using SAP Business One to optimize resource allocation.
- Cash Flow: Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and keep working capital at an appropriate level.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial legislation and standards, as supported by internal control policies and an internal auditor.
- Team Leadership: As a team leader, you will mentor and guide finance professionals to promote growth and collaboration.

Required Skill or Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is required (Chartered Accountants are recommended).
- Proven track record as a Finance Manager or an equivalent position in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, rules, and standards.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One and financial software, as well as advanced MS Excel skills, is necessary, as is knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset capable of effectively handling complex financial data.
- Strategic thinker capable of connecting financial goals with overall corporate plans while employing SAP Corporate One capabilities.
