POSITION: Customer Service Representative

Company Description:

Lenzvision Opticals and Eye Care is a professional eye care provider and optical retailer in Adjiringanor. We specialize in offering conventional optical items to our consumers, including optical frames, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses. Our objective is to provide exceptional eye care services and products that improve our customers’ eyesight and general eye health.

Role Description

Customer Service:

  • Greet patients pleasantly and make them feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond to patient inquiries courteously.
  • Schedule appointments, answer inquiries about services, and provide information about prices and insurance.
  • Resolve patient complaints or concerns with empathy and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain current understanding of clinic services, policies, and pricing to appropriately advise patients.

Front Desk Duties:

  • Manage patient flow by communicating with clinical staff and tracking wait times.
  • Register new patients by gathering personal, insurance, and medical history data.
  • Process payments, file insurance claims, and guarantee correct invoicing.
  • Maintain an organized patient record and file system.
  • Monitor the inventory levels for front desk goods and place orders as needed.
  • Perform general administrative activities such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.

Facility Maintenance:

  • Ensure that the facility is clean and tidy, including the washrooms, consulting rooms, optical showrooms, and front desk areas.
  • Restock supplies, such as tissues and hand sanitizer, as needed. Notify management of any maintenance issues that require repairs.
  • Regularly disinfect high-touch areas to maintain hygiene requirements.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Service Skills
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Requirements include the ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with optical products and the eye care sector is preferred.
  • A university diploma or equivalent is required.
