We are looking for a highly driven IT Sales Associate to join our team. In this post, you will use your technical knowledge, strong communication, and presentation abilities to explore and develop new business prospects for our company’s products in the IT sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads for products and services.
  • Create and execute persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products to prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate the product and confidently answer inquiries.
  • Contracts should be negotiated and closed.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the newest IT trends and technology.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related subject.
  • Proven experience in IT sales (or an equivalent sales position).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • An in-depth understanding of IT products and services (including those offered by our organization) will be advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, including the ability to customize content to varied audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
