POSITION: Zonal Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic Zonal Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Accra. You will play a critical part in the success of our MegaWiFi initiative, which will target disadvantaged urban and suburban communities. MegaWiFi provides two new services: MegaWiFi Hotspot, an outdoor WiFi solution with low-cost data bundles, and MegaWiFi Swift, an unlimited fiber internet service at a reasonable price. Your tasks will involve recruiting and managing resellers for both hotspot and Swift services, as well as aiding the marketing team in raising awareness and generating leads in targeted locations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify potential resellers of MegaWiFi Hotspot and MegaWiFi Swift services.
  • Conduct marketing efforts such as branding and activation.
  • Coordinate with resellers and our technical experts.
  • Monitor and support reseller performance.
  • Act as an advocate for the MegaWiFi project, ensuring its success in your area.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • A first degree or HND in any field.
  • A minimum of one year of national service experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adequately explain our services to potential resellers.
  • Strong listening skills, ensuring that you understand and respond effectively to reseller needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultivating collaborative partnerships to meet organizational objectives.
  • A strong desire to succeed, perseverance in the face of adversity, and self-motivation.
  • Accountability means taking control of your obligations and fulfilling deadlines without continual supervision.
