Halisi Labs Calls For Job Applications
Halisi Labs is looking for a Delivery Coordinator based in Ghana to arrange product delivery with our riders to our customers.
Responsibilities
- The position will demand you to document business processes and requirements in order to execute the most effective solution for the customer.
- Order handling “In-house Sales”
- Responsible for administering, coordinating, and managing the customer’s merchandise from the point of shipping till delivery.
- Coordinate, compile, and replicate the finished video assets into multiple content delivery networks following the timeframes stated by the master release schedule.
- Coordinate the delivery workflow by engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that all media and data are complete, accurate, and ready for timely publishing.
- Act as a mediator, facilitator, and primary point of contact for all issues between the post-production and publication stages.
- Assist and organize fixes for released courses and goods.
- Actively engage in the maintenance of production and publication workflows, as well as document workflow modifications.
- Process media using an automated compression technique.
- Perform additional publishing responsibilities as assigned.
- Receive orders, plan, and manage deliveries to customers.
- Setting up delivery schedules
- Communicate with sales managers on the progress of their delivery
Qualifications
- Relevant experience with logistics coordinating
- Excellent organizational and booking skills.
