ROLE: Medical Delegate Call Center Specialist
Minimum Educational Qualification: First Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, and Marketing.
Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Two years of experience as a Medical Representative, Nutritionist, Dietician, Nurse, Pharmacist, or in a clinically relevant profession.

Nestlé Business Services is currently looking for a Medical Delegate Call Center Specialist to actively engage HCPs via remote phone calls about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life and continuing breastfeeding for as long as possible after the introduction of complementary feeding at six months. Also, provide correct and factual information about the hazards and dangers associated with the use of inappropriate breastmilk substitutes, such as cow’s / buffalo’s milk, rice water, and so on, as needed.
A Day in the Life…
Nestlé Nutrition Products and Services are recommended to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) when suitable and exclusive breastfeeding is not possible.
Establish long-term, mutually beneficial professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCP) and relevant medical decision-makers in the designated CML for coverage.
Be a well-known remote collaborator and trusted nutrition solution provider to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in the Comprehensive Health Centers, Primary Health Centers, and Health Posts assigned.
Optimal coverage and management of HCPs in allocated CML, as well as insight collection and sharing (including competition intelligence), via suitable tools/systems such as the CRM.
To provide quality service to HCPs and their institutions through effective coordination with relevant Territory Medical Delegates.
Creation, implementation, and execution of an agreed-upon work plan under Cos every cycle.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Experience explaining nutritional solutions to healthcare experts.
- Experience working and managing resources optimally to fulfill established goals, as well as cooperating with other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a tough setting to meet and exceed goals.
- Managing projects/tasks such as organizing activities with medical/paramedical health specialists on newborn nutrition, products, R&D, and so on.
- Effectively explain nutritional and product concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Has autonomously handled senior health authorities to form and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and persuasion abilities.
- Planning, organization, and execution entail formulating plans of action to ensure that work is accomplished efficiently.
