We are hereby inviting job applications from qualified candidates to apply for the position below: Zonal Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

You will market our broadband services to homes and businesses, and recruit resellers. Also,  you will carry out marketing activities including branding and activation for MegaWiFi at Ashaiman, Greater Accra.

Qualification and Experience

Qualified candidates for this position will possess a first degree or HND in any discipline with at least one year of national service experience.

Essential Functions of the Position Holder

  • To begin with, you will cold call prospective home and business customers in person
  • Secondly, you will recruit potential resellers for MegaWiFi
  • Thirdly, you will carry out marketing activities including branding and activation
  • Also, you will coordinate between the MegaWiFi resellers and the technical staff of the Company
  • More so, you will monitor the performance of MegaWiFi resellers and provide operational assistance to them
  • Lastly, you will act as the MegaWiFi champion in your Zone

Required Skills & Abilities 

  • Applicants must have good communication skills, including the ability to explain matters clearly
  • Also, applicants must have good listening skills, including the ability to pay attention and react appropriately
  • Additionally, applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
  • Moreover, applicants should be able to drive for results, including the ability to persist in the face of setbacks, obstacles, and rejections; and to motivate oneself to achieve results and get things done
  • Finally, applicants must be accountable, including the ability to take ownership of one’s responsibilities, and follow through and meet deadlines or targets without constant monitoring
