Job Summary

You will be required to provide technical support to customers’ incidents.

Qualification and Experience At Teledata ICT

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) with at least one-year of national service experience.

Essential Functions of IP Network Engineer at Teledata ICT

• To begin with, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network malfunctions or poor internet connectivity
• Secondly, you will install, configure, and troubleshoot customer premises equipment (CPE) including routers and WiFi devices
• Thirdly, you will document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution
• Also, you will verify and close tickets on an incident that has been confirmed resolved
• Lastly, you will ensure compliance with standards & established procedures for resolving customer concerns

Required Skills & Abilities 

• Applicants must have good customer skills, including the ability to politely address customer issues in line with customer service standards.
• Also, applicants must have good communication skills, including the ability to express themselves clearly in conversation and interactions with others.
• Additionally, applicants must pay attention to detail, including the ability to accomplish tasks through concern for all the areas, involve, no matter how small, and monitor and check the accuracy of work or information.
• Moreover, applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
• As well as, you must be able to drive for results, including the ability to persist in the face of setbacks, obstacles, and rejections.
• Last but not least, applicants must be accountable, including the ability to take ownership of their responsibilities, follow-through, and meet deadlines or targets without constant monitoring.
• Finally, applicants must be initiative, including the ability to identify what needs to be done and take action before being asked or before the situation requires it.
