POSITON: Depot Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY
• To assist the Depot Manager in supervising safe, effective, and efficient ZEN operations at Mining sites.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maintain high-level HSE standard according to ZEN and client requirements
• Coach, mentor and, manage all ZEN and contractor staff according to ZEN and client requirements
• Prepare and ensure that the site is always ready and pass all site audits
• Coordinate and supervise the receiving, inspection, discharge & draining of BRVs into storage tanks
• Receipt and account for all stock delivered to the site according to ZEN stock management standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports that give a clear overview of the site’s operations
• Ensure that all sites are well maintained and readily available for operations daily
• Ensure that the site complies with all statutory requirements at all times
• Represent ZEN in all customer-related stakeholder meetings and interface between ZEN and customers
on-site
• Ensure that all other site activities are done according to ZEN’s standard of work
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Degree/HND preferably in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Metallurgy, Chemical, Mining
or any other Diploma from a recognized University or institution
• At least 1-year experience in a similar role or 2 years in a feeder/learning role
• Demonstrably effective communication and people supervisory/leadership skills
• A valid Ghanaian Driving License Class C or at least Class B
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
