World Bank International Student Legal Internship Program 2024
The World Bank Legal Internship Program 2024 is now accepting applications, and the application period will remain open through June 30, 2024. Students who are highly motivated in their legal studies have the chance to be exposed to the purpose and work of the World Bank as well as the work of the Legal Vice Presidency through the World Bank Legal Vice Presidency program.
Students will have the opportunity to work closely with members of staff in the Legal Vice Presidency who are outstanding and inspiring development professionals as a result of the program’s objective, which is to provide the intern with first-hand experiences on the day-to-day operations of the World Bank. This will allow the students to learn from outstanding development professionals.

For law school students currently enrolled, the World Bank Legal Internship Program is offered three times a year for a maximum three-month period at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, D.C., as well as in some chosen country offices.
1. The Spring Internship Program
The submission period for applications will begin on September 1 and end on September 30. The intended duration of the internship is ten to twelve weeks, with the start date falling somewhere between March and May (depending on the requirements at the time).
2. Summer Internship Program:

3 . Fall Internship Program

Criteria for Eligibility
In the Legal Vice Presidency, you may submit an application to work as an intern if;
- You are an IBRD member state citizen.
- You’ll be doing your internship with us while enrolled in an LLB, JD, LLM, SJD, PhD, or comparable legal academic program, right? (For instance, in order to be able to apply for the Summer Cycle of LIP, you must be enrolled in a legal academic program between June and August.)
- Your knowledge of the English language is superb.

About World Bank Group Young Professionals Program

1. Professional Background
Young Professionals (YPs) are full-time workers who significantly contribute to the work programs of their individual units while also developing networks and knowledge within the Bank Group through the YPP. 2. Leadership Training

3. Education on WBG Policies, Products, and Operations
The World Bank, IFC, and MIGA’s policies, goods, and activities are heavily covered in the extensive training that YPs get.
