Job Duties
- Forecast customer demand and staffing requirements.
- Develop employee rosters and workforce schedules.

- Coordinate employee leave, training schedules, and staffing activities.
- Present workforce planning insights and reports to managers and senior stakeholders.
- Utilize workforce management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support operational planning and business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Three to five years of workforce planning or scheduling experience, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using workforce management software.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret workforce data to support decision-making.
