For international students, the Unilever Future Leaders Program 2023 is currently open. Students can participate in the program to complete internship-level programs at UK universities.
Description of the scholarship:
The three-year Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) offers the chance to learn more about our 400 distinct brands, businesses, and environmental projects. Along with contributing your distinct perspective to work, you will rotate through numerous jobs as you discover your purpose.
The program provides formal instruction, practical experience, and mentorship. At Unilever, you may start an exciting career journey and learn something new every day.
You will be matched with a dedicated career sponsor as a UFLP participant who will mentor and support you during the course of the program. With the aid of your career sponsor, you will choose your professional objectives and the experiences you’ll need to achieve them.
There will be opportunities to develop your leadership abilities and agile thinking, as well as practical, crucial experiences in your area of specialization. Flexible goals to impact business, sustainability, and leadership will also be a part of these experiences.
Your path with Unilever may also include unorthodox learning opportunities, including teaming up with non-profit organizations for social good, taking part in sustainability initiatives, and working on brief projects with cross-functional teams that allow for flexibility and quick learning.

Eligibility Requirements
- You are capable and competitive in your functional field, and you have a strong commitment to success in the Unilever Future Leaders Program.
- Experience in the pertinent field would also be valued. If you have taken part in an internship or volunteer program, you will be respected.
- You’ll be eager to learn new skills and self-assured enough to perform well at work.
- If the applicants speak English well and are effective communicators, they will be highly valued.
- The minimum requirement for applicants to this program is a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- You may submit an application if a reputable institute recognizes your functional area field.
UN YPP 2023 APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN
Application Process:
Fill out the online application. The process is quick and easy, and you have the choice of entering your information using your LinkedIn profile. In your application, you can only select one job.
Finish a profile evaluation that comprises five quick online games that examine various aspects of your cognitive, emotional, and social traits. Following the games, you will get customized feedback.
A business case will follow three brief questions in the digital interview. You will be required to use Unilever situations to find solutions to actual challenges. Anytime, wherever, you can record and finish your interview.
A virtual “day in the life of” a future leader at Unilever will be offered to you. Numerous engaging activities will be presented to you, such as project meetings, business challenges, team meetings with coworkers, and one-on-one meetings with your line manager.
