About the job
We are searching for an experienced HR supervisor to lead every stage of the recruitment process and address all staff-related issues.
The HR supervisor’s duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations. The HR supervisor should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Descriptions
- Familiar with Ghanaian labor laws and social security laws, regulations and policies;
- Having multiple successful or failed experiences in handling employee disputes of different types and being able to handle labor disputes independently.
- Has a strong sense of service, good communication, cooperation and learning abilities.
- Has a strong sensitivity to data and being good at data analysis and statistics;
- Has the capability of performance management, establishment of compensation and welfare system and process arrangement.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Good grasp of various recruitment channels, having certain personal contacts and resources, and being able to respond quickly to the recruitment needs of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/HR Professional Courses.
- 2-4 Years Relevant experience in an HR Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
