Senior Retail Relationship Officer at Affinity
Affinity Ghana wants a new Senior Retail Relationship Officer to work with. As the Senior Retail Relationship Officer, it is your job to manage customer expectations, find new business opportunities, and keep track of daily customer transactions in order to meet the asset and liability targets that have been set.
You will grow and keep a portfolio of customers by playing a proactive, mobile, and value-adding financial role. You will make sure that a full range of customized and relevant financial solutions and services are offered to meet the customers’ growth needs and potential.
Responsibilities:
- Studies the market to find out what customers want and need.
- Creates and uses methods to teach both old and new customers about the benefits of the new product or service.
- Executes sales campaigns to bring in new customers so that the deposit and loan portfolios can grow according to the goals set.
- Customers’ transactions are kept track of using approved forms and templates, as well as digital channels.
- Provides fast, personal, and effective customer service to retail banking customers.
- Deepens relationships with existing customers through cross-selling, which increases asset and liability portfolios.
- Use lead generation, courtesy calls, and cross-selling of asset and liability products to get as many customers as possible to buy products.
Skills
- Excellent oral, written, and face-to-face communication skills
- Good marketing skills and a basic understanding of how to sell things.
- Computers and programs like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint are used well.
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, business administration, business management, commerce, finance, accounting, banking, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience selling deposits and loans in a bank or other financial institution
