Job Duties

Provide legal expertise on U.S. government contracting, including procurement processes, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, subcontracts, and partnership agreements across multiple stakeholders.
Advise business teams on federal healthcare regulations, including compliance with fraud, abuse, and privacy laws.
Support the development and execution of commercial strategies aligned with regulatory and legal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, regulatory, and operations, to ensure legal alignment.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate their impact on business operations and contracting activities.
Develop training materials, playbooks, and resources to guide teams on legal and compliance standards.
Provide legal support for strategic partnerships, commercial transactions, and innovative business models.
Assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies across contracts, pricing, and service arrangements.

Job Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school and an active license to practice law in the United States.
Minimum of eight years of legal experience, including significant exposure to healthcare or commercial law.
At least five years of experience specifically focused on federal government contracting regulations and practices.
Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements related to healthcare products and services.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
